I can understand that's mistake can happen and that there can be misunderstanding" regarding colors. But for the sales assistant to find enjoyment in the fact that the painter ordered the wrong color according to them. To be degrading towards the painter . The sarcastically saying " have an wonderful day " just after you explained that your house is the wrong color. Really ? !Does leave a bit off a bad taste. Some sympathy and let's see if we can help you attitude would have been nice."

Update: I prefer to go and order my paint colours myself rather than leave it to the other half" or the painting contractor. That takes the third party out of the transaction and means if there is a mixup
