I imagine most people seeking speech therapy for their children are struggling to some degree. I also expect most health professionals to have some emotional intelligence dealing with their patients.When my wife posted a slightly misinformed negative review to Google Maps, the last thing I expected was to hear she had been further upset by a phone call from the proprietor. I then received 3 missed calls at work and an SMS. When I called back after work, I heard polite justifications and explanations as to how we were wrong rather than an apologies. There is a big difference between “I’m sorry that you feel that way” and “I’m sorry that I made you feel that way”.Three days later I received an email requesting I take down the review that contained this at the bottom:“We believe [the review] to be inaccurate, misleading and may be defamatory according to the NSW Defamation Act 2005. We ask that you remove this review within the next 24 hrs. We would prefer not to pursue this matter further so would appreciate your compliance with our request”.Ouch! We paid $330 for a misunderstanding and what I interpret to be a thinly veiled threat of legal action!So… I’ll grant you your wish Cate Madill. My wife’s review is gone as requested.For the sake of any readers in potentially fragile emotional states, I’ll leave this hopefully objective account of my own subjective experiences. I trust you’ll will also inform me if you discover that that this one contains inaccurate, misleading or defamatory information but I’d actually prefer it if you refrain from contacting me or my family at all.

Great help and vastly knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone with vocal or speech issues, she is patient kind and down to earth! As a singer and singing teacher I can't recommend her services enough; do it early so the solution is easier, don't put it off it's well worth it.
