I've built two homes with JoLuca Homes and also used their design service. The level of service, professionalism and quality is second to none. Building a home (especially our dream home) can be extremely stressful, thankfully for us we chose our builder (and architect) well. The hardest part about the process was moving in. I've attached a couple of photos here to show the level of finish. Normally we wouldn't do this for anyone (haven't even shared on our own Facebook accounts) but we felt it important to give something back to this amazing team.

Having never before renovated we have been thoroughly impressed with our experience working with the Joluca Homes team. There are inevitably challenges when renovating a period home and blending this with a new modern extension, but any of these which were not already expected were managed seamlessly. Lead by our dedicated foreman, the Team and trades were not only friendly and approachable, but were also highly skilled and took pride in their work. The Joluca team were very generous with their time and the result is a high quality family home that we will enjoy for many years.

Building our family home with Joluca Homes was a collaborative, rewarding and seamless experience. The team were able to easily navigate the challenges of renovating existing spaces of a heritage home and also adding on a new build. The level of professionalism and expertise of the core team and additional trades left us with absolute confidence that the finished result would be fabulous... and it was.
