Happy NOT, my solar system was installed several weeks ago my husband was home & told the installers that the toilet was just inside. My system was being put on the roof of my horse stables where the old system was. I came home to find cigarette butts all over the ground & then as I walked up the paddock I found soiled toilet paper where one of the installers had taken a “shit” really how disrespectful Only to then receive an email for payment, which my husband replied to as totally disgusted, No reply from accounts department either. Ah gets better the unit doesn’t work it keeps tripping out, this I explained to the inspector he said it’s ok maybe you need electrician , very hard to understand his bad English . So the unit is ON which he turned On & off to work I go the next day only to find when I get home that it has taken out all of the power in my shed , I have an electric fence unit for my horses & yes the horse has destroyed the fence & cut himself as well as the medicines that I have in the fridge all warm all have to be thrown away . 2 phone calls were made and messaged left but No call back from you!!! I called the salesman he told me that you would call but NO call. So I rang your 1300 number again & finally spoke with someone whom was also hard to understand but he assured me that the complaints department would call NO call, really not good if they are that busy they can’t call !!!! No apology for soiling my property & No call back. I insist that you remove this system I will pay for it to be removed as I’m sure that you will pay for my costs fencing/ horse & ruined medicines . Please just don’t send me an automated reply you have my complaint on record so you know my name & number just deal with it before I need to get legal advice . The salesman has tried his best & has arranged for an electrician to come out but really I don’t want it, JUST REMOVE IT this has put enormous stress & financial strain on me. I signed the contract on 8/9/22 the panels came about a month later job completed 1/3/23 and there after payment now even before the jobs been inspected and already there's faults. I signed the contract in good faith and will be only to happy to pay for a fault free system. Consumers have rights and l intend to use them.

HP Energy work fast on there servers just got my soler installed even tho it was raining that still did it. Vary happy with the servic highly recommended, if you going for soler power go HP Energy fast service less then a month for me.

The installation crew were professional, polite and respectful.

Excellent customer service and the tradespeople installed the system with minimal disruption. Weather impacted on finishing the installation on the first day but this was completed successfully on the next business day. All rubbish was removed and operation of the system was explained. Highly recommended.

The four young men who installed our HP Energy solar system, did an excellent job. They were very competent, polite and helpful and cleaned after themselves. We could not have had much better than what we had.

The guys were great polite and didn't stop until the job was finished. Explained everything perfectly.
