Store must be doing very well, in fact so well that they can send customers away. Arrived BEFORE the closing time of 5:00 PM, only to find the door locked and the store in darkness. The two staff next to the counter only yelled: Closed" - they could have just as well yelled "Go Away!" - Recommendation: arrive well before their closing time

Went in, store dead, stood at the counter, young man saw me yet kept unpacking stock, I stood there, nothing, I looked over at him and tried to get him to see that I was wanting to buy some paint, nothing, it wasn't until I walked over towards him an older man walked out and said hello then told him to serve me. He was rude, no customer service then when he finished mixing my paint he put it up on the counter, 10 litre containers didn't offer to take it to my car and I had just had a injection in my back for a slipped disc. I think I will drive to the other store past Gepps Cross next time as they are more helpful

The senior staff member is the first paint services person I've encountered that actually gives a damn about his work and invests the time and effort (if pressed) to get a perfect colour match. It would depend upon the staff member you get as I would not hold nearly as much hope for his milennial sidekick!

I've used this paint store under numerous names and have to say I like it. I was trying to find details and pricing on wall paint for our Ensuite but their website was just too fussy, so I have in and drove to Bunnings.
