Although we were the property buyers in our transaction, Bryan was fantastic to deal with. He was attentive to our enquiries and requests. He was genuinely as pleased for us as he was for the seller of the property. Even after we had settled on the property he remained in contact with us to see how we were going with the renovation work being done on the apartment. If we sell in the Canberra region he will be our first port of call for real estate services.He is a genuinely great bloke.

At the end the contract (08 March 2019) between One Agency and my mother (pensioner) to manage her rental property, One Agency chose to withdraw the monthly fees despite being told not to, as the property had been handed to another agency for that month. This is my mother's sole income and despite my attempts to reason with them, they still took funds out even though it was no longer under their management. I also question how they managed the property, based on what the tenant has expressed to the new managing agent.

Bryan is the best property manager i have ever had the pleaseure to rent with. Throughout the last 3 years he has been responsive and had great comunication with any contractors. At the same time it is refeshing to not have a proporty managerin your face and letting you live your life. thanks Bryan

Excellent customer service - I moved from Sydney to study in Canberra and Bryan and his team couldn't have been more helpful! In terms of requiring any type of support (maintenance or otherwise) One Agency Gamarra & Co. went above and beyond to support me and my move interstate.Professional, honest and absolutely a pleasure to deal with Bryan and his team! Highly recommend this real estate and I can't wait to want to buy a house because I will definitely be going through them!!!

Bryan Gamarra is an extremely rude man. I tried to see a property with him and he was obnoxious, so I left. I would never buy anything from him and never sell him any of my houses.
