Taco Bill - Narre Warren

Very disappointing. The staff forgot to make my wife's order. The male staff member who messed it up got a female staff member to come apologise after we asked where my wife's order was. No discount or other offering was given, and when we were leaving, the staff member who took our order could not look us in the eye. The food was small compared to other places with the same menu, and there was no flavour to it. I understand if the restaurant is busy but it only got busy after our order was taken. Not good.

Mothers Day Dinner an absolute farce 2 dinners came out of the five ordered first then 20 mins later another 2 dinners which were only half complete so it sat there getting cold then waited 10 mins for other half to come out and still no fifth dinner ,we ordered dessert and the fifth dinner came out with the dessert may l add that even though mothers day restaurant was half empty. Never will l go back again , they did offer2 desserts for free for the stuff up big deal ruined a night completely. Food did taste great though. Back to Pakenham establishment service outstanding.

New opening! Great open plan vibe, outstanding customer service with the standard Mexican staples all can enjoy. So lets break it down:Average cost pp: $30 with a non-alcoholic drinkOrder: Popcorn Prawns, Quesadilla Suprema, Enchilada Grande (Slow Cooked Beef), La Combinacion, Burrito Bowl (Chicken)Atmosphere:This place has recently been refurbished as this is a new opening. The open plan layout really is bright, inviting, and welcoming. In addition, they do have a few little nooks for an intimate 2-person dinner, but they are limited and probably need to be requested. Was a little quite for a Saturday night, but everyone had a great time.Customer Service:One word - Superb! We were greeted at the door with a smile, shown to our table and asked for drinks, plus; the table provided complimentary corn chips and medium spicy salsa (delicious) – set up and ready to go!We had a few late arrivals however all three customer service representatives were always understanding, respectful and willing to assist with anything that was needed.Both the Entrée and dinners were prepared and brought out within 10 minutes of the order, excellent.Plates were bussed after about 10 minutes of finishing, and we were asked after the dinner and whether we would like desserts.The service team should be commended – outstanding.Food (why we are here):Popcorn Prawns – They are just an amazing starter and glad we indulged, a must try!Quesadilla Suprema – Nice but a little plainEnchilada Grande – Great, nice spices and good flavourLa Combinacion – Good mix of flavours, one to try if you are unsure about what you wantBurrito Bowl – Unfortunately, a little plainOverall:The customer service was really the standout of this experience, the food was good but unfortunately fell a little flat with a few of us – however; it does measure up to the standard expectation of good Mexican food. Food was great. Our party of about 18 spent a lot of money but were cut off (drinks) due to the waiter's opinion some of our party were drunk.No we weren’t drunk , just having a great time celebrating a birthday and we also had designated drivers.Won’t come again.

In all honesty, this was the worst dining experience we have had. To start, there was a cockroach underneath my menu, the wait staff were inattentive and, did not offer us water, forgot to put plates out for entree's, missed cutlery (after it was replaced due to the cockroach) and had to be hailed down several times to order drinks etc (the restaurant was dead with only one other couple inside on a Saturday night). I wish I could say the food was the saving grace but it was average at best. I was embarrassed to have booked this place for my brothers birthday and would definitely warn others against wasting their time/money.

Enjoyed our recent dinner at this lovely restaurant. The decor looks great, food was amazing, hot and fresh. The staff were friendly and kind. I surely would recommend this place to all.

We ordered margaritas, sangria, nachos and a couple of other entrees. Sizzling fajitas were yum and the fajita salad was delicious. Ice cream nachos for dessert was divine. Kids had a great time too. I surely would recommend this place to all.

Lazy service. Meals came out at completely different times. When asked for two plates just put them down in front of one of us. Did not give us one each. It is byo but they charge per glass not a flat fee. Poor.
