7-Eleven

Pretty good servo to fill up, I've been here a few times and the fuel quality is good and it wasn't very busy.

I was told to prepay for the fue at 5pm while everyone else do fill in first then pay at the counter. When I asked the girl at the counter why she replied that this was the instructions from the Manager that all African type people need to prepay. I found this very offensive and racist. I complained to the Australian Human Rights Commission about this .

Today i went for buy a coffee and the two girls are super rude around 14:30pm. I ask for toilet its urgent she say no staright way but some time if i tell u its emergency they might be consider but both girls are rude. Very bad experience in this seven 11. Please next time try to help people if they need.

This is one of the best 7 eleven store in Melbourne. I always come here for a coffee and muffin. There’s a guy who is there on weekend’s morning. He is so kind and helpful always greets customers with a smile.The store looks so clean and organised. I will continue visiting the store because of the great staff and fantastic customer service!!!!

I had a really bad shopping experience this morning, really really bad, won't come to there anymore.

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! The worker present here today sounded an alarm and made us come into the store to prepay for petrol. When asked why? He brought out an iPad with had a picture of an Asian Female identified which was blurry and our car and rego filling petrol on the 21st February 2021 and accused us of doing a drive off after filling petrol. The only female driver of this car is me and I can say with 10000% confidence that this is utterly absurd and never occurred. When I asked to take a picture of what he was showing me to contest the system he quickly hid the iPad screen and said speak with Roshit Patel" tomorrow morning

Racist Petrol Station! I witnessed on the 8/6/23 a male from African decent and dark skin colour having to prepay for his fuel in broad daylight.Whilst myself and other customers were able to fill up and pay afterwards like usual.When the black gentleman questioned why he was the only one needing to prepay the clerk responded with my manager has told me that those who look African and have dark skin must prepay for their fuel".I was disgusted and the ironic thing is that the manager and staff weren't of typical "white" Australian appearance themselves. I will not state where they are from out of respect.The black male (victim) and his family are Australian citizens.Disgusted."

Clean service station, staff is always friendly. Weekend staff got great skills to work and serve customers. I would love to visit that anytime in the day !

It's an ok sev's. Only one I've seen with a soft wash for your luxury car. There was like 20 pies in the warmer, at 10pm, not sure what's going on there. I feel like the lady loaded it up, so she could take some pies home at then end of her shift.

Have been fueling up here couple of years now. Normally all good here. However, dealt with a very rude staff. Informed the owner and he took it in board. Upgraded from 1 to 3 stars. Hopefully they'll improve going forward.
