Alan and his team were exceptional throughout the entire process. Our install was impacted by covid lockdowns, but Alan was constantly in contact with us and kept us in the loop at all times. The install team were super stars and the process was very smooth, with the exception of rain interruptions. The guys were punctual, professional and very pleasant.I highly recommend 3 Phase Solar, our experience could not have been better.

With so many door knocker cowboy solar operations out there i decided to contact a local installer and save the headaches that go with solar installers who rely on saturated advertising and pressure sales tactics.3 Phase solar was a breath of fresh air , Alan came out promptly after my initial contact and provided real / local advise and made suggestions that were appropriate to my situation and home, his team of installers were quick efficient and performed quality work with no shortcuts ( i went up in the ceiling days later and even in areas you would not see the attention to detail was amazing)The installation team works for 3 Phase and not subbed out to randoms, Alan checked the progress of the installation several times throughout the day and once installed checked all was working correctly,3 Phase promptly followed up with the necessary inspections and made quick contact with my power retailer to ensure i was online and benefiting from my solar investment as quickly as possible.If you want cheap and nasty with a system that is designed to maximise the installers bottom line do not use 3 Phase solar , If you want a system designed for your requirements with ongoing support and you understand that by paying a little more upfront will reap reward in the long term then 3 phase solar is for you.Thank you Alan and your team of installers , so glad i chose you guys over the cheap and nasty alternatives.

Great experience with Alan and 3 Phase Solar. My husband and I are very happy. Alan is very detail, thorough and patience in explaining, providing us options and explain them in detail, he provides only good quality of products, installation is quick and hassle-free, and we can directly see the consumption and production metrics just a day after installation. It was very daunting previously when we tried to choose solar provider however when our friend recommended 3 Phase Solar to us and talked directly with Alan, we know that this is the right one. Totally recommended!

Alan and the team were absolutely awesome. Could not fault the admin process he helped me through with rebates etc or the hardware installation they did, panels inverter battery all neat tidy level and looks good. Everything is working as they explained (first time) with more information on the app than I will need to just monitor the system.

3 Phase Solar came out to inspect our existing solar set up, as it was not generating much at all (1 watt) After discussions to fix vs replace were had and rebates explained, we decided to replace because the system and panels were 13+ years old and some parts no longer compliant and had a safety risk associated with them (the main switch was outlawed and a fire risk) We were never up sold or rushed into anything. We asked Alan questions during the process and were given advise and made our own decisions from there. As soon as lock downs lifted we were contacted and appointment made to remove old system and new system put in the same day. The guys on the job were incredibly lovely, professional and efficient. They even cleaned our gutters near the panels and put the leaves in the green bin!I highly recommend Phase 3 solar, not just if you're in Sunbury, they are very knowledgeable, professional and affordable.

3 Phase Solar is a top company. When designing the system I found Alan to be the most knowledgeable and easy person to communicate with that you could imagine. He was always available to answer questions. The installation team were also of the same high standard and they certainly knew their stuff.Very pleased that I chose this company.
