Had two great days / nights here. Quaint little boutique hotel. Definitely worth paying the extra money for the riverside room. Clean and tidy with kitchenette. Very nice swimming pool and bbq set up. Noosa area is incredible and this place is 5 minutes walk from the center, so you're in a nice quite area away from the hussle and bustle, but there in minutes. Great location.

Was stung multiple times by swarm of wasps within minutes of checking in. Unable to use patio area or access pool due to wasps.Informed management who said pest control coming for other wasps nests and would attend to ours too. Went to beach for day and returned to find nothing had been done. So again unable to use the facilities we paid for. Management now challenging our claim for refund. Could have been handled so much better. Shame as we really wanted to enjoy our time but it was spoilt. Not to mention the pain of being stung all over my head.

We had a pool view room. It's a great room with modern amenities. Lots of windows with natural light and a cute mezzanine sleeping area.The only issue was the spa bath. I had requested a room with a spa tub which they gave but the spa was turned off. There was a notice saying it's broken but when we asked about it we got a completely different reason - it's been turned off as a covid precaution but you can still use the tub. Very confusing.The location is great, walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Parking was convenient.

This is a gem of a hotel. Beautiful Tropicana pool, lush garden, modern stylish apartments and your own private jetty, beach and river front barbecue area. Very affordable prices and 200m to Hastings Street Foodcourt and shops...I think they only have one bedroom apartments but at the prices I'd probably book two for my family of five. I stayed with just two of my kids and it was exceptionally good. Really quite and peaceful. My seven year old said it's his favourite hotel ever!

Excellent place to stay. Near everything but far enough away to be peaceful. Tidy clean apartments with welcome outside areas to relax. Nice pool in peaceful surroundings.

So far so good, first night. Brilliant location for the price, 2 min walk into Hastings St. Clean, tidy, good pool area, and a little jetty area to relax over the canal. Happy days!

Our apartment was very ordinary. needs total update and maintenance. Even a rug would be nice. small kitchen, no dishwasher. nice deck but had no privacy and no cover so deck furtniture was wet. tiny bathroom that needs upgrade and at least an exhaust fan. close to Hastings St only positive.

Brilliant location literally you can jump on a SUP and glide straight onto the river from the resort. Close to Hastings street without being amongst the chaos. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff were brilliant would highly recommend staying here!

Location was perfect. Leave the car and an extremely short walk less than 5mins. Jenni our host was very friendly and helpful. They were upgrading roads which reflected on their business bookings but she was very pleasant about it. Would recommend staying here. Clean and quiet. Thanks Jenni
