UPDATE to first review which is below:Followed up on rescheduling quote visit from Charlie. On day of quoting was kept up to date with Charlies ETA. Charlie took his time with quote and explained everything to me.I had two rainwater tanks installed and some other minor inside work done. Charlie and Reif did an amazing job - neat, professional, looks amazing, great attention to detail and left the place spotless. The job turned out so much better than I thought and I am greatly pleased and relieved. 100% recommend.First 1 Star review:Fantastic and friendly on phone. Booked in appointment. On day advised running late which is fare enough, then found email hours later that visit was cancelled - not with the courtesy of text or phone call but via email! Was waiting for hours (had put aside other commitments to wait for plumber). Was told they would provide me new rescheduling options which also never happened.
