Used this company about 5 years ago and once again they have saved me from buying a new stove. (Hubby happy about that). Replaced the broken parts and it’s working like new again. Thanks Ed, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Thornbury Electrics provided a great service from quote on Friday to installation the following Wednesday. Work included adding in a new 15A circuit, upgrading to a new RCD board (removing old abestos board) and adding new power sockets. The electrical work was done professionally and it's always good to support a local company which is within the suburb.

We've had Thornbury do repairs/replace parts on our oven a few times over a number of years and the service has always been excellent. Our most recent experience was when Michael came to replace the oven door hinges. He continued the excellent service. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and it’s a real bonus for Thornbury to have someone like him working for the company.

I ran into a serious problem when using Thornbury Electrics services and, as a consequence, I posted a scathing one star review. To their credit one of the owners rang me within the hour offering profuse apologies and vowed to make good.The issue was caused by a misunderstanding - they sent me an SMS saying that one component was delayed and because I did not reply they cancelled all the other scheduled work without informing me.That was bad enough but when I rang to find out what had happened their receptionist got stuck into me - she was focused on allocating blame and at no time did she offer to help, to offer a solution or anything else - it was my fault and that was the end of that.Now, everyone can have a bad day, and the company was quick to apologise and reschedule the cancelled work. So all credit to them.

Michael from Thornbury Electronics came to do a repair on my Asko oven yesterday. The booking was easy with costs explained, alerts were texted to me when he was on his way and he quickly found the problem.

The team came over on the coldest morning to help find the cause of a dead power point. Couldn't fault their methodical approach and clear explanation. Would absolutely recommend them.

I have been using Thornbury Electrics for the past few years for everything from repairs to new lights and fan installs. Each time I deal with the team I'm more impressed than the last, Danielle is a credit to the company and makes booking an appointment a pleasant and easy experience. Kael is an absolute gun, his attitude, care to detail and execution of work is second to none. This is a real credit to the owner, they're certainly running a well oiled machine! I'd happily recommend Thornbury Electrics to everyone.

I have been awaiting a part for my washing machine since October with constant follow ups on my behalf, being told 6-8 weeks now it is the middle of January with still no part.Contact with company has been disappointing calls have not been returned when stated they would be and no updates able to be given.When asked to speak to a manager was told she has another job and only works one day a week with this company so wasn’t in to speak with me.
