I ordered a coffee machine online from our local Betta Home Living Store to pick up as a Christmas present for one of our grown up children. I received an email reply within an hour of placing my order advising that the local centre did not have that particular item in stock and that my order had been redirected to the Sale Betta Home Living store. Immediately I thought the worst, the coffee machine wasn't going to arrive in time as Sale is nearly 3 hours drive away. The day after ordering I received a call from the Sale store that they had the required coffee machine and would send it free of charge straight away via Australia Post, to my home address. Two days later and still nine days before Christmas, the coffee machine arrived.WOW what a great relief and what excellent customer service.Thank you so much, we really appreciate your efforts.
