Thank you to the service department team especially Lisa. We had a subtank light come on in our Nissan patrol when we three hours away. Lisa told us how hopefully to fix it. So when we finally arrived in Proserpine they couldn’t do enough for us and by following Lisa’s directions it reset. Thank you so much.

Worst service I have EVER received!Went and got my airbags recalled and they never put it through the system. Tried many times (over 2 years) to let them know on the phone and in person that I was still receiving letters and trying to get it sorted out but all they did was tell me its not in their system and just pushed me aside. Now I have to go to another dealer to have it checked and done AGAIN before my rego is suspended because of their incompetence.Definitely worth the drive to avoid this dealership!

Massive thanks to Brenton and Ethan at Grittner Motors Bowen ! We arrived in to Bowen, towing a van and the Nissen Navara making a dreadful screeching noise and unbeknown to us , almost no oil . The vehicle had been supposedly all fixed with a new part the previous day further south. It took time but Ethan was diligent , and got us safely back on the road. Brenton went out of his way , getting us to and from the caravan park more than once! Great service!! Thank you
