Gross conditionThe room was filthy, the linens were dirty, curtains molding, and bbq hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Refused to refund. Do not stay here.

The accommodation here is amazing! Very reasonable price for the ocean views, clean rooms, smart TV, large shower with plenty of pressure, mini bar has the works! The plants are amazing and some are even for sale!Shelly done an amazing job and was very polite!Will be back!

Would leave 0 stars if possible. You provide your guests with a room that’s eaten up in mold so badly it’s even in the curtains. Pubic hair in the bed, the floor hadn't been swept in ages, dust piles and hair all in the corners. Shower hasn’t been cleaned and the bbq was covered in grime. The LEAST you should’ve have did was refund the guests but nope you didn’t even do that. Sent them on their way and blocked them from leaving a review. Very unprofessional and NASTY!

Management very unreasonable only stayed one night out of 3 that we paid for as the place was not like it was advertised said was a 3 person spa which on arrival was told was out of order.Curtins was full of mould .Bbq was rusty unusableDirt all around the house aswell as cobwebsLights faultyWhen turned sheets down was pubic hair and sand all in bedHave photos of all what was mentioned above.Management will not refundPelican sands scamander removed all what was mentioned on there facebook page aswell as photos.BewareHave to leave one starBut do not even deserve that would be a 0No rooms a disgrace

Absolutely stunning location right on the water. We could open the sliding doors and let the kids play on the grass and run right down to the river mouth as we relaxed with a wine! They were amazed we even spotted a pelican! Tidy little unit with everything we needed for a family of 4.

Pelican Sands went above and beyond with a request for a surprise birthday hamper for my GF in the room for when we arrived. Upon arrival, we saw the usual old, tired motel but when we entered our spa room accommodation, WOW! so modernised, accessorised, catered and the view was amazing. For the very-reasonable price, it was certainly one of the best I've stayed at. Pity it was for only 1 night in the middle of winter, but we'll definitely be back for longer.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Mold, cleanliness was just NOT there, sheets not changed, bathroom not cleaned. RUN THE OTHER WAY

Excellent communication. Beautifuland clean rooms. Very comfortable bed. The host even gave us a bucket to wash our toddler in. Was so thoughtful. Would highly recommend staying here.
