Cubic impressed with outstanding professionalism, transparency, and craftsmanship throughout our knockdown-rebuild. Gordon (director) stood out with a 7-page itemised quote and arranged for us to inspect a recently completed build. Richie (PM) showed incredible ability to plan ahead, spot issues early on, offer practical solutions, and have diverted us away from costly mistakes on numerous occasions. Brett (foreman) displayed supreme talent in multiple trades, strived to satisfy our strict architectural design, and was ever-present to enforce high quality standards from all subcontractors. Richie and Brett were responsible, respectful, responsive, and always patient to explain technical details to help us make informed decisions. We were particularly pleased by their swift response and resolution to a small list of defects raised post-build (2017), and the meticulous workmanship comes through loud and clear even to this day due to their strong work ethics and quality standards.Team Cubic (Gordon, Richie, and Brett) have continuously gone above and beyond our expectations and I would not hesitate to engage them again for future projects. A true master builder!
