Avoid using this service at all costs. They did damage to my property and refused to take accountability for it. They initially tried to tell me that there was no damage. They have no respect for people with disabilities and see them as a means to make money.

I’ve used this service for moving, getting help with putting ikea furniture together and maintenance and they have always been awesome.

The staff are all amazing they always show they really care for both the patient and their family, the level of service and follow up is truly a blessing as we have used a number of providers and houses in the past but none like Magnum Support. Highly recommend as for the first time my dad has been properly looked after and is happy!

Greedy time wasters. The woman insisted on booking the appointment 30 minutes before I have to pick up my son. So when the appointment was due at 2pm he rings to say he can't make it in time. Stupid people. I tried to explain to the woman that if he's late the appointment won't work but she insisted on doing it anyway and that's exactly what happened. Instead of coming after I pick up my son he was already driving across to the other side of Melbourne. Greedy people. *Edited Someone from this company rang me up and abused me saying that I was rude to him but when I asked when he wouldn't say. He started saying good luck getting someone else" repeatedly and made a deal about them not charging for quotes. I understand now that because they don't charge for quotes that they book appointments without proper consideration and flip you off at the very last minute because they feel justified in doing so because your inspection quote is free. They are not respectful of people's time. I repeatedly told the woman booking that time was not good to book in case they were running late. But instead of taking on board what I was saying she said that it will only take a few minutes to inspect the few things I needed. I said it's not about that
