Very upset. I dropped my dog here this morning to get him a full groom I was so excited as I heard amazing stories about this place it also looked so clean and the dogs looked happy BUT after dropping him there they called me while I was driving back home and told me that they couldn’t take him as he was very ‘aggressive’ aswell seriously they can’t even handle a dog if you can’t handle a dog then why be a groomer????? Not satisfied at all I even asked if I could stay so he could be more comfortable because he’s very attached to me and she informed me she couldn’t..

This is a fairly large store they have a lot of stock and cater for just about any pet you could think of . They also have live pet food and frozen pet food and dry pet food . The store is fairly new and very clean and staff are helpfull .

Great range of mainly good quality, toys, and other paraphernalia and a first rate choice of food products as well. My only criticism is that the prices are a bit steep, so it pays to become a member to lesson the overall end purchase

Bought an item as click and collect, and entered a voucher I was given. The price of the product increased after I entered the voucher code. Incredibly untrustworthy action by the store, and I will be making sure everyone knows that a voucher is not worth much because they change the price of their products if you try to use it.

The closest big pet store near St Mary's.It has all of your pet needs at the right prices. Royal Canin, Hills Science Diet, Oz pet litter, Feline Natural. Pet toys, bedding, scratch posts. Advantage flea and worm treatments. There is a vet next door accessible from inside the store. Service is fast and friendly. Good member rewards and in store discounts.Inside the Great Western centre enter via Carlyle Ave west bound on Gt Western hwy or John Hines Drive if going east.

I went into Petbarn to try and change my dogs kibble after he didn’t like the transition from puppy to adult food. They were extremely helpful in helping me finding an alternative brand and giving me a few tips and tricks, plus the staff were very friendly! My new favourite pet place.
