Sally is such a lovely, gracious lady that I had to write a review.So often one goes to a shop and finds poor service and lots of attitude, but not at Sally's Pharmacy. Every time I have been to this business, I've found the service excellent, Sally and her staff always find the time to provide relevant information to assist in product selection.It is a pleasure to shop at a business where one's custom is valued and appreciated and one is made to feel welcome.Well done Sally, good old fashioned service wins the day.

I wish I could give minus 10 stars, worse business in Australia. Please close this business or have competent owners take it over. The shop hours aren't adhered to, 9 o'clock published opening time but didn't open u til 9:23. Owner/manager rude and incompetent. Owners' partner is just as rude and arrogant. Owners need to close business and leave civilisation as they don't know how to deal with people let alone customers.

Such great people at the pharmacy. I had my booster shot today and the immunisation nurse was very caring. Service is 5 star. I would go again and recommend it

Came here to get a prescription for my baby to take to my doctor's appointment across the road. The staff were nice but took quite a while to process the prescription. Take note that they do not price match.

Great little shop. Lots of little kick knacks and the staff are lovely. They are a little slow with getting orders from the back, but if they need to order something in for you, they'll get it straight away! They'll also remember your name and make conversation with you if you are regular. Sweet experiences had here, would recommend.

Great local pharmacy. Good location and friendly staffs.I don't understand why people complain about the parcelpoint facility. To me it's very convenient to receive eBay packages, especial for the reason of extended opening hours.People who complain, can gladly try getting their parcels delivered to Austpost, and pick it from there haha.
