Can’t be more unhappier with these guys.They upgraded some electrical stuff switchboard etc. After they left 5 electrical appliances are broken!!! Washer is not working! Roller door in garage is not working! Couple more appliances are not working! They came today, said it’s not their fault, tried to fix something and now our AC is not working!! Thank you! It’s 35 degrees tomorrow without AC and we can’t wash our clothes!And everything they told us is that it’s not their fault!I’m tradie myself and their service is disgusting!!!

Waited in all morning no one turned up rang contractor who said his daughter was sick and that office should of called.Called office and apparently the contractor is now sick and no one can make it even after taking a day off work to wait in for them.Do not use this company very shonky

Outstanding efforts from Steve m at elecfirst. He performed all electrical works to a great standard, I wouldn't use anyone else.Also as I am an elderly man I asked for him to clean some window seals for me while he had his ladder out. There was no hesitations in saying yes. It Greatly appreciated.

Just had Josh from Elecfirst out to quote on replacing a double powerpoint cover with broken switches. Josh himself was fantastic: prompt, polite and professional, thanks Josh! 5 star rating for Josh himself. ...Unfortunately i could not accept the quote as $170+ is excessive for just replacing a casing (cheap part and 3 minute job). Much like the recent ducted aircon quote i had from Comfyfirst which was $4000 more than the same unit and same install from a different company. Every tradie i've met from the -first" group has been absolutely fantastic but the prices are so far above the competion that it can't be justified. I did sign up as a member with the "first" group but i definitely wont be using any of their services in future. Great tradies

Quoted nearly $750 for removal of ceiling fan and installation of new one. Plus removal of 2 wall lights Then told us we needed an entire new powerboard for $1700. Got another quote . They did the job in around 75 mins and charged $225. Nothing wrong with our powerboard. Completely dishonest and bordering on criminal.

My power was out to my house at 6pm, I called elecfirst and they sent Daniel c to rectify my issue. He found the fault within minutes and charged accordingly. Very happy customer

Had some outdoor lighting and fan installed by Daniel and Steve today and couldn’t be happier! Would highly recommend them.Daniel even rescued a baby bird from our gutter today!!!
