To the ceo of kfc you have to do somthing every kfc store i have been too is the same poor service food is bad chicken is cold chips are cold this is disgraceful chips are always under cooked there is nothing worse also getting the wrong order all this goes back to bad management only you can change your the ceo this is not your fault like i said it's bad management it must be fixed just read your reviews Carmelo lombardo

If 0 stars were possible it would be. Terrible service. While waiting for our food a young man in the kitchen was screaming at the top of his lungs, swearing and flicking the lights on and off. I have never seen anything like it. There was another young man behind in the kitchen talking to the girls, not even in a uniform. Food was horrendously bad. My partners chicken was raw. Restaurant was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Other patrons chose to sit outside in the rain and eat as the state of the dining area was so bad. Worse thing I have ever seen out of a fast food chain. Won’t be back.

The last two times in a row i've ordered from KFC Karrinyup and my order has been incorrect. Today, I ordered a Burger Feast, with 2xOR burger as is, and 2xOR burgers with bacon and cheese, and I just received the default" 2xOR burgers and 2xZinger burgers. I paid extra for the bacon and cheese

I bought the largest size chips for around $4.30 and the box is so thin now it's almost comical! How is this a large when it used to be a box/container for the same price? Major shrinkflation. Don't mind paying $3.75 for a can of coke, but the chips are probably marked up over 500% and it's ridiculous.

I purchased the KFC family meal and was extremely disappointed to find that I had 7 wings and 3 thighs for $34.95.Surely there should be more to the family meal that these 7 miserable pieces of chicken?

Me and my gf got 2 original tenders boxes via uber eats and the tenders were cut up slices of chicken not the original tenders, and I ordered my box with a bread roll instead of the potato and gravy and still received potato and gravy no bread roll, also no aioli sauces or utensils provided as ordered. Worst kfc experience I've ever had.

Picked up a delivery order tonight and 2 of the staff just looked at me and no one approached me. They were too busy chatting behind the food warmers. It took a while before someone came to the counter and asked me. Rude!

Come here a few times for lunch when I’m in the area. Always well made fast food. The staff are tops their younger staff deserve a special mention, well mannered and always serve with a smile no matter how difficult. Last time I was here a customer in front of me was going off about something so small and the girl behind the counter was so composed and held her own but always with a smile. The owner should be chuffed with their younger crew.
