I was quite excited to be renting with this agency when I started my tenancy in mid Jan, therefore I gave 5 stars as Tina was a lovely property manager and now deleted the review due to the reason below.I am a person of colour and it is extremely challenging to have any conversation with the new property manager by the name Maththew Foster as he hangs up the phone mid conversation, I feel berated by the tone of each conversation which makes me really uncomfortable. Maththew either hasn’t gone through the previous quotes that were done regarding the safety repair requests within the apartment by previous property managers (some requests were made to the landlord before my tenancy) and has no idea what he is doing, or he is showing bias towards the owner and simply decided to take advantage so I feel extremely disrespected.In any case, no tenant deserves this kind of treatment… I am happy to revisit this review given that someone with the right level of soft skills is appointed to my case.

I can thoroughly recommend R&W North Sydney. Jacqui Mulligan and Haifa Zeitoun provided excellent service to me as a landlord. Phil Clarke and Louise Barton provided excellent service to me as a property seller. Indeed all staff I met impressed me greatly - this agency is a very professional outfit.

Excellent. To begin with I had a high price expectations from sale of my unit. On realising the price trends in the market for a similar property I thought I will not get what I want. I was planning to renovate and sell at a later date. There were complications in terms of sitting tenant.Nicholas came as an angel and worked with me through the process with lot of patience and perseverance. His advise to me was to sell before renovation as Reno would be wasted investment. He did not promise moon interms of price expectations. However, he wanted to work to get a good outcome for me. He worked with the tenants to make it easier for them for any inspection.Nicholas did an off market sale which meant almost no marketing cost to me. Based on initial response I was not keen on selling and put lot of pressure on Nicholas to allow me to do renovations. However, he was persistent that he could find a buyer and he did. Hee believed in the potential value of the unit more than I did. He finally found a buyer at a price acceptable to me and we signed the contract.Based on recent sales in the market I had no hope in hell that I could fetch the price I got with no renovations and no marketing. I thought Nicholas was wasting my time.I can’t thank enough Nicholas for his patience with me and belief on the sale. It was an excellent outcome for me in the circumstances. I don’t think I could have done this with another agent , but with Nicholas.Nicholas thank you for the great work you have done. You deserve more than what you get through this sale. All the best for the future such endeavours.

Allan and the team were nothing but a pleasure to deal with throughout our entire tenancy. Both genuinely put the tenants best interests first. Communication was a strong point and we never felt in the dark with anything. A great experience through our entire tenancy.

Confidant, experienced, and effective. From first introductions, all the way through the marketing campaign, auction, and post auction process, Nicholas confidently managed the process, and kept us assured when the inevitable happens. He knows the area, and he knows the different sides to the many segments of the market. He represented our property, and us, well, and we were very happy with his support.

Louise and Jade ( Team Barton) absolutely Steller performers. They gave us results when the other agent simply sat on the campaign and delivered nothing at all. That agent only had EXCUSES" and nothing else We came under a lot of stress due to their poor sales campaign.Report card for Team Barton: Communication 100%

Buying͏ a propertyHad a great experience working with Louise on purchasing a property. Her professionalism and market knowledge stood out particularly, and she communicated very effectively throughout the process. Overall, it was a pleasure working with Louise and Jade.

Thanks so much Louise for all your efforts throughout the campaign. Louise was quick to respond, and even worked during her annual leave. Smooth handover to her team during leave, meant the campaign continued as scheduled, with continued great communication. Analysis provided after each inspection. Successful sale achieved.

I'd like to share my business experience with R&W North Sydney, specially the unprofessional and awful behaviour from their manager Cameron McEwan to a tenant like me.I run Albion lane cafe in Mosman leased through R&W for 3 and a half year. In 2021, Cameron became R&W's new manager for my account. Previous manager before Cameron, was a nice and professional lady who could stand by for both tenant and landlord's right. but Cameron only works for his own benefits, he even doesn't care for landlord's right and my rights as a tenant is nothing for him. He never responds to emails or phone calls on-time. he speaks and write very rude.before the end of my lease, the landlord agreed to keep my 2-door commercial fridge and sell it to next tenant. after my lease was finished, the shop was empty for a year and recently, there is new tenant and they're using my fridge without letting me know. I've asked Cameron to help me to refund the bridge from tenant, but he refused to talk to me. The money is not the main point for me to be honest to speakout but I'd like the public know the unfair and awful unprofessional behavior of R&W North Sydney to me as a tenant.
