Yoga retreat weekend..Well organised, activities and time frames.So relaxed I haven't slept so well in months!It's a very personal experience.The venue serene and beautiful.An experience that cannot be missed.

I have found the teachers very professional giving many move options for those of us that are limited. The studio is peaceful and a lovely space to be in. I really enjoy all the various classes at Yoga Flourish as well as the workshops which touch on wellness as well. The class prices are good, and there are a variety of classes for everyone, for the young and the young at heart. I love being part of the community at Yoga Flourish.

Time, effort, care and considerable thought goes into the structure each of the different classes on offer. Booking a class was a bit of a pain but the teacher was wonderful, she catered for all levels. The space did lack tranquilly but we will definitely be back. Look forward to seeing the new space.

I attended the Yoga Flourish retreat over the weekend. It was the first one I've ever done and did not know what to expect, to be honest. However, I left feeling so grateful to have met such wonderful people. The YF team organised optional activities and yoga sessions, allowing you the flexibility to do whatever you felt was right. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely try to attend future retreats. Thank you, as always Yoga Flourish!
