From the first email to receiving my belongings interstate, I have had a great experience. I have to commend the ladies that dealt with the initial request as well as those that kept me in the loop with every step of this move. The service and attention to detail by everyone I dealt with at AlliedPickfords was truly faultless. The hardworking employees who filled the container with my boxes were punctual, friendly, and professional. I simply can't thank all of you enough. It was such a stressful time, but Allied made sure we had absolutely nothing to stress about regarding the move. Thank you AlliedPickfords. I highly recommend you to anyone who needs to move interstate, or just locally for that matter.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Don’t bother using them. They are happy to quote you & send an invoice but once you’ve paid & dropped your stuff of they disappear. No one answers multiple emails or multiple phone calls. Stuff has been destroyed & no one cares.

The rep didn't add the quote up correctly so it ended up being dearer. He took off the price of the special covering for leather, so our lounge has a small cut. We have a white lacquer buffet which was stood upright also damaged, no cover on the floor of container. Pick and delivery were on time, but the finesse wasn't.

This move was the third using Allied, domestic and international.In a word, excellent. From start to finish, prompt and responsive with any question or request. All subconractors used were polite and efficient.The only negative is they are still using the cheap and nasty stickers that come off easily during packing etc but if applied properly, are a real pain to get off. Kaizen needed!!

What a horrible experience from all the team! Once they got our money, the care factor disappeared.Late responses, if they responded at all! Constantly asking for paperwork to be resent as they “misplaced” it on their end or were just too lazy.They even forgot to load half our stuff when we left NZ to move back to Australia, and didn’t even realize till months after when our stuff arrived in Oz! It was just sitting in their warehouse in Auckland. No refunds given, despite actually not utilizing all the space we paid for in the shipping container. So much of our stuff was broken or damaged, but do you think we could get anyone to return our phone calls!!Would never recommend Allieds, you are better off using monkeys to pack and deliver you belongings.

Honestly the worst experience I've had, due to a broken down truck my items were picked up by another crew who damaged my items (dented, scratched and cracked a mirror) and didn't store them correctly at the warehouse, despite being charged extra. I found out four month's later due to a due GM that this was he case when I ordered half my items to be delivered and they couldn't locate a item! I've just had the remainder on my items delivered and my leather lounge is now scratched on every corner 'despite being in a heavy duty plastic cover so just how badly did they treat me furniture?

I was going to use this firm for my removals. But our son and daughter in-law used them. They received broken items and they left a substantial amount of there belongings behind. They have been in contact with the company only to be brushed off. After months of anxiety waiting for there items and very little communication from the company, they agreed to pay a very small amount of compensation $350 . The total cost was $15000. It's now been a month since the agreement and still waiting on the compensation. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. AS A PARENT WE ARE DISCUSSED HOW OUR CHILDREN HAVE BEEN TREATED.

Allied moved us from Perth to Cairns and the price was very reasonable, considering the distance.Everyone was very professional and responsive, and both teams of removal guys were friendly and careful. There was also no significant damage to any of our items. They packed the container very well. Thank you Allied!

We were going to use this company for our relocation.. However following the debacle that our nephew and niece has gone through by using this company. I think not. They received broken items and they left a substantial amount of there belongings behind in another country. They have been in contact with this company only to be flogged off to department after department, with no clear answers or apologise. Now after months of anxiety stress and going without their personal processions with out communications from this company. They have spent so much on mobile phone calls and then just to be put on hold numeros time's. It was this companies fault from the very start. My nephew n niece kept all documentation and photos. Yet they don't accept liability. This company, then agreed to pay a very small amount of compensation. $350 . The total cost was $15000. It's now been a 2 month since the agreement and still waiting on the compensation.Come on Allied lift your game. Have you got so big that you don't care about good service and care for people's health and well-being.I have decided not to use this company. $350 is a joke. Maybe A Current Affair can get a better response.

Goods shipped by sister company in UK to Perth. All perfect in packing and delivery, but after SIX requests over 6 weeks to collect used boxes and packing material, no contact, no action. Very poor follow-up
