Easy and hassle-free online service to book a car service with discounts and promotions.However, it would be better if customers are allowed to customize the log book service online, so the payment can be made straight away at the time of booking. Because, as it is right now, I have to go to the service shop to tell them what I want and don't want in my service on the day of my booking.

I have got to stop going for the cheapest price. I used Auto Guru, got a great price at a local mechanic. Seemed all good till the next year when I realised that my log book wasn't stamped. I called to find out why and it was because Auto Guru didn't specify everything needed for my 105K Logbook service, so it wasn't complete. They didn't specify to do a valve adjustment. I had a valve kit done soon after anyway, but it doesn't put a stamp in my book.This is why it was so cheap I guess. I blame the mechanic too, because they should have advised me. But instead I am left with an eternally incomplete log book all thanks to Auto Guru.My advice, don't chase the best price, go to the dealer and have it done right! I don't know if this will now affect my resale value.-----------Edit-------------After contacting Auto Guru, they have done what they could to try and resolve this issue to my satisfaction, unfortunately the mechanic would not come to the party, so my next stop is fair trading for them. Thumbs up to Auto Guru for trying to do right by the customer.

Your booking service was streamlined and easy to use. Big Ben was very trustworthy, told me the extent of what would need fixing re my AC. It was a bigger job than I expected, but I will be happy to use his services when/if I decide to go ahead with it.
