Can’t speak highly enough of my whole experience at Serendipity. From the moment I arrived I was looked after, salon atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, and the whole team were lovely. Bek is an absolute magician with blonde! Couldn’t be happier with how my hair turned out, she clearly has exceptional skills and knowledge when it comes to hair and getting the perfect blonde result. Her sidekick Katie was also incredible- they made a great duo. Just can’t say enough positive things about my experience- better than excellent!

As a Mum of two I love getting my hair done as it's the only time someone is looking after me. I usually get it done at hairdressers in shopping centres, nothing against them, but the experience of having my hair done in an actual salon has forever changed me. I will be coming back to Pat and her Salon for years to come. From the moment you walk in it's like you've been going there for years, so welcoming, so clean. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and look forward to regular visits in future and their rewards program.

First, thank you, Chandra and Pat for making me feel so welcome.From the moment I arrived, Pat made me feel like the most important person in the salon. To be offered drinks and snacks when you are the client is so unexpected and so lovely.Chandra, I love the job you did. My hair can be horrible to work with but you did a wonderful job.The salon is very well presented and feels like you can relax. The view is lovely. The best part is the care and attention that the family" gives you and they do act like everyone who works there feels like a part of a family.Thank you

Went here for the first time just to get a style cut & for the short time I was in the salon I felt really comfortable, all the staff were so welcoming. Lily did my hair and was really thorough + made sure it was exactly how I wanted, Louise helped out aswell and was also really friendly. The salon/staff are really professional. So happy with my hair and the experience, recommend to anyone thinking of booking here <3

I always love Lou’s work. My hair feels amazing and my take home care was selected perfectly for me. I’ll be back for lightening once my hair is in a condition to do so. Her advice, experience and professionalism shows absolute excellence and the entire experience was pure luxury

I love going to Louise as she always perfects my hair! I couldn't recommend her enough!! The salon is beautiful as well, such a lovely location! All the staff were very accomodating!
