Oporto Greenacre Drive Thru
Told to “F**** off”. Disgusting customer service. I can’t understand the person in drive through at all. I asked for 1 order and repeated my order twice. After waiting for for over 20 minutes I mindlessly pay for my order and realise I am charged way too much… to then wait another 10 minutes to question it. Terrible customer service so requested a refund which I then had to wait another 5 minutes listening to her talk about me to the other staff. She came back to say after all this time it’s not reasonable I want a refund as if I am in the wrong? No resolution at all. I am shocked and appalled that it ended in me being told to “F” off.

I got charge for the sauce ( instead of chilli prego sauce ) .. lol .. they increased the meal price and if you choose the sauce you get charged for it .. last visit they forget to add cheese and chilli on the chips ..

Horrible experience hair in my uncooked chips, no filling in my Bondi rappa lettuce was old, although it was empty but all tables were dirty, will never eat there again

After the renovation the team changes their standards and very low. They don’t fill up anything to what they should be doing and the chicken is often uncooked. I have been coming here for 4 years and the standard has never been this shallow.

Ordered Coke Zero with meal Amd given coke instead and would not exchange, and blamed it on us for not checking. although we realised after we had opened the bottle . Ruined our meal and tried to charge us more and did not accept mistake . Rude customer service

The food had no flavour, it was disgusting tried to call the store for over half an hour but no one answered, I bought a family fiesta and every burger was tasteless, I’m sure they forgot to add an ingredient plus the chicken was so rubbery it felt raw. I will never go back the again and I advise all my friends to spend their money somewhere else. The owner should be paying attention to his staff and the effort that’s going into preparing food. I definitely did not get what I paid for. Utterly disappointed

Oporto Greenacre Drive Thru
I prefer Oporto chicken compared to any other competitors. Main reason is to enjoy fresh chicken recipes with their chilly sauce, which I love mostly.However, I normally prefer only few Oporto outlets but not all. And that is because of the few unprofessional staff. They never smile and show off about their customer serving skills, they think are the best. I don't quite get that and it's an ongoing habits of all fast-food outlets now a days, no exceptions!

I ordered a meal for 2, for $50, it looked good on the delivery app and while I am aware photos of food are taken with cold items, what I got was disappointing and no where near the photo I saw.What looked like severely sunburnt chicken that had a hint of lemon taste to them, only aspect that made them edible. Soggy chips, and a Bondi burger and Oprego burger with a whiff of sauce on each burger. No taste whatsoever, other than chicken, bread and lettuce/ tomato. Lacked salt to it, bland as.They weren’t busy, the turn around time for this delivery was HALVED literally.Won’t buy from here again.Update … they “said” they would get in contact after a survey conducted…. Still waiting and another reason why you shouldn’t buy food from this store
