I Was in a sis position with a 22 year old wind up trailer van goldstream. As the cable had snapped and unable to raise roof ,we called Dararl the owner who came out to our van and made arrangements to be fixed ASAP. Few days later he fit us in and repaired the problem also checked other parts on it can't recommend this family business enough, Thanks Dararl for helping, Kate and Tom, also very reasonable priced

We required a quote to repair water damage to our caravan from the manufacturer. I had to book several weeks ahead for the inspection for the quote. It has now been over 2 months and we still have no quote. I have followed up about the delay and the response was we have been too busy to do quotes". I am just annoyed that I waisted a whole morning in bringing the van in to begin with."

I found the staff friendly and very helpful. This business has a great range of parts stocked and prices are good. I was able to purchase a set of 4 caravan levellers here. A few days later I had a problem with my Thetford toilet canister and Burgess provided a replacement insert that suited our model tank, fixing it in one day. We much appreciated their assistance as camping with a defective toilet is no fun.

Absolute life savers !! Traveling thru on our way to Qld & had issues with our Caravan brakes - even tho they were busy they gave us time to check it out - & were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly!Highly recommend this business & friendly helpful team ! :)
