Every time I’ve brought chips from Red Rooster Forrestfield in the last 6 months they’re always under cooked. Red rooster used to do the best chips, but not anymore. Please actually cook them so they’re crunchy and not just so they’re just cooked but soggy and gross.

Change your fryer oil more frequently. Some days it tastes like the chips have been fried in old engine oil. The service is relatively good though.

I orders the large roster roll with cheesy cheesy chicken nuggets, and it was so incredibly nice!! Compliments to the chef Lawrence and someone else I forgot… definitely ordering again!!

On Sunday 22 January 2023, i came in as a customer and i wanted to buy large onion rings for $5 and one team member (idk his name) reduced the price to $4.50 for me. I don't usually go there much but the customer service is wonderful and the staff are really friendly. Definitely recommended

The customer service was exceptional, hewas informative, bubbly and responsive. True customer service skills. Unfortunately the chicken was dry,the chips were horrible and we didnt like the gravy. It was quite slow for fast food but can understand the dinner rush back up. The service attendant apologised profusely for the wait
