I booked an appointment with this practice on the 15.2.23 for a fifth COVID 19 bivalent booster dose to be administered on the 28.2.23 at 10 am.On Monday 27.2.23, I received 2 texts from the practice asking me to confirm this appointment by responding YES or No. I responded YES.When I turned my phone on this morning Tuesday 28.2.23, I noted 2 messages to text which asked mr to call the practice, as they had insufficient stock to administer the COVID 19 Booster dose.I then proceeded to try and call the practice, with the first attempt at 8;58 am.The practice phone number rang out.The practice website states their operaing hours as :8am-8pm Mon-Fri.I then made a further 7 attempts to call the practice at the following times;9:20 am, 9;21 am, 9:24 am, 9:25 am, 9:32 am, 9:39 am. All attempts were unanswered by the practice.At 9:51 am, the phone was answered by a staff member who identified herself as Ebony. After establishing her name, I asked why the practice phone had not been answered since 9 am.Her response was (they) were on other calls. I advised that the number had rang out. She then stated that (they) only have one receptionist. No apology or concern was demonstrated by Ebony.I then attempted to explain the reason for my call, but Ebony interupted saying I was breaking up".She then tried to exit the call by talking over me

Great clinic! Today the kind receptionist saved me after I had her send my prescription to the wrong place. She sorted out my mistake very quickly. Dr Chamini is always happy to discuss treatments together to work out the best steps going forward. She makes me feel listened to and supported.

Been going to this clinic for 10 years and never a problem. Dr Bobby is one of the best Doctors my hubby and I have ever had! Great surgery.

Totally incompetent and disorganised. I called up for an appt first thing in the morning, they had no appts left and could only do a telephone appt at 230pm. So that was booked which was fine. The receptionist said it may be later than the appt time due to how busy they were. Completely understandable. It got to 4pm when I called the clinic they informed me my appt was cancelled as I wasn't allowed a phone appt as I hadn't attended the clinic in over 12 months?? Yet no-one had called to inform me of this. So now left at 430pm on a FRIDAY. Trying to find a doctor available.....Really disappointed. Absolutely no remorse by the receptionist either.Don't bother going.

I’m so done with this place. They are the most incompetent practice I have ever dealt with, they make you feel rushed and unimportant. I don’t even know who my GP is anymore because they throw a different one at me every time, their staff constantly disappearing overseas. Today I was told I can’t have my script for medication which I’m not supposed to “abruptly stop taking” (hello, you prescribed me this medication Doctor???) because I haven’t had a face to face appointment and I’ve been over the phone lately, they’re actively damaging my treatment. This practice is ABHORRENT. Avoid at ALL costs. I won’t be going back and I’ll do my best to make sure my family and friends never step foot in your disgusting establishment. The only nice thing I can say is the receptionist was nice to me and actually agreed with me being upset. Too bad nothing can be done. Useless.(If you have any more needs than a medical certificate to cover a sick day, do not attend this GP.)

Needed a form for work cover after being being infected with covid at work. The doctor refused to complete a cirtificate as she didn't think it is a work cover claim. I know it is and regardless that decision is upto Work Safe. Is like talking to a brick wall

Lovely doctors, nurses and staff. Been going there for three years and could not praise more highly.

Thank you to the wonderful receptionist I believe her name is Kelly. I was told by the clinic I had been going to for years that they will be closing and I needed to find another doctor which I was extremely upset about after ringing Doctors clinic within my area I spoke to Kelly with such a warm welcome and taking the time to re assure me that’s my records can be transferred and that the clinic has such wonderful caring doctors.I have since become a new Patient and the Doctors are just lovely and very caring thank you Kelly for taking the time to talk to me on the phone and put my mind at ease.
