Being a property investor for 26 years and just giving my newly refurbished home to Harcourts you can imagine my shock when an exit report was done and an entry report was done with no damage. The first thing I notice was 5 big chunks out of the wall when I walked in, a burnt and stained splashback, two broken blinds and wait for the gem the bathroom floor was covered in black mould. Rachel the head of property signs you up then juniors go around dealing with your hard earned invesments. In 25 years I have dealt with many real estates but if you value your rental RUN RUN RUN. And heads up Harcourts cleaners cleaned the house.

We found Shane to be very professional with his attitude in relation to the sale of our unit and his attention to detail unsurpassed. Shane's approach to interested buyers was pleasing to watch and we would have no hesitation in recommending him to other people.

Unfortunately I had the bad idea to engage the service of Harcourts in bribie island. They sold my house totally under price and they pushed me to accept the offer despite the house next door was sold at 100k more. the sales person was terrible, the service very bad, they supposed to have sent a report on a weekly base but we got 4 in 4 months. The management team is totally incapable to keep client relationships, no advises were provided what so ever. We had to sell the house because we put a deposit on a land and the developer kept asking for getting money in advance to secure the land due to the high demand. I came to know that the sales person and the management were not responding to enquires about my house, few people once we had accepted the offer came to knock at our door showing the emails sent to Harcourts bribie island enquiry about our house, that were not responded. I sent few emails but they always ignored it and never responded. Absolutely terrible. I had to send an email to their regional manager to complain but nothing happened anyway . They charged me full commission and they didn’t even do their job conscientiously or professionally. You know who I am so don’t reply saying you don’t have any records of me. An awful experience, finalised with a totally unprofessional email sent to us with congratulations. 25k commission plu marketing costs a total rip off and a very bad sales.

Courteous and professional. From our first meeting, Nicola was polite and professional. She provided us with weekly reports and follow up phone calls after each open house. We appreciate all she did in selling our house.

First class treatmentTraditionally our type of villa is very hard to sell. Shane sold it in just over a week! And he got our asking price for us.Shane was always courteous, and uses his experience and sales knowledge to his best ability.I highly recommend Shane to sell your home.

How disappointing the experience was with this agency. We believed that we had a great home to sell, and after listening to the agent and his enthusiasm we signed with Harcourt Bribie. The market was right for sellers and the house sold very quickly. Haven't heard from the agent , no congratulations, no thanks for the sale. We bought our own bottle of champagne unlike previous house sales where we were thanked more generously. The photographer with her professional and great phots, sold our house. The admin staff were helpful. Never again, will we deal with this agency. I guess a good market makes it easy to sell,, and manners are lessimportant. We felt the buyer was shown more courtesy than was shown to us. Very disappointed.

What a great real estate! The girls in the rental department are amazing and actually care about their tenants. If you are looking to rent/ buy I highly recommend Harcourts at Bribie island!
