The best wedding coordinator that exists! Alex is an absolute superstar and you couldn’t make a better choice than booking Wild Rose Events for your big day, I can’t say this enough. We decided to employ the services of Alex from Wild Rose Events about 4 months out from our wedding as we found we weren’t really able to enjoy the lead up to our big day due to all the things to organise. We had so many great vendors involved in our big day but Alex was the standout. Nothing was ever too hard for Alex, she seamlessly took over all responsibilities and my wife and I were able to actually enjoy the countdown as a result. Alex’s response rate was ridiculously fast (I wish she would take a day off but that’s first class service for you when you send an email Sunday night and receive a response 5 mins later). Our day was perfect and a big part of that was because Alex had everything covered. From setting up the venue to all the little things that need to be done, nothing was missed and we had full trust in Alex. I can’t recommend Wild Rose Events highly enough- booking a wedding coordinator made our day so much better and Alex is not only the ultimate professional but a wonderful person. Five stars is not enough- 100 stars!

If it wasn’t for Alex being by our side during our wedding planning we most probably wouldn’t of got married when we did. My husband and I were probably the most complicated couple to work with considering our venue dropped out on us 3 weeks until the big day but sure enough Alex was there to be the super women she is to pick everything up and was there to make sure our day was amazing.The best wedding coordinator out there is this lady right here.

We had the best day thanks to Alex and the team she organised to support our wedding. Everything on the day flowed so well - including the pack up. All the vendors recommended by Alex were excellent, and Alex ensured everything was on track throughout the day. So glad we hired her - especially as we had to reschedule our wedding date; which was sorted with no stress at our end. Highly recommend.

Alex helped us plan our private elopement and made the entire process enjoyable! It was nice to have someone familiar with the industry to direct our ideas and questions to. Working with Alex from Wild Rose Events is definitely one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. Before we met Alex we were very worried about how overwhelming organising a whole wedding was, but she made everything easy!
