WARNING: WORST TAX AGENT IN TOWN.This was the most disappointing tax experience I've ever had. I can't believe how rude and abrupt they were with me. The minute I entered the office they didn't want my business because they are lazy and unprofessional. They had the cheek to tell me 10 minutes into the consultation that it's going to end now because I couldn't locate 1 receipt. I'm self employed and put trust in a professional to do their job and educate me as well as maximising my return and instead they put it in the too hard basket and told me to leave.Don't waste your time or money on these jerks who don't know what they are doing. Worst customer experience. I'm so angry and disappointed.

don't even bother with this guy, doesn't reply to emails, wont pick up the phone. I have been trying to work with him for 4 months to get my tax done for him to finally come back to me with sorry my computer is broken for last few weeks you will need to get someone else to do your tax" what a disgrace. Thanks for wasting my time."
