Sent to Henry Care today:We had a booking with Henry Care 6 August between 8:00-10:00. I advised that there was construction in the area, that it could be confusing and that we had indoor parking if no street parking was available. I was advised that as the instructions were confusing, the driver would call before leaving so that I could explain. He didn’t.At 8:38, Eric called and said he was outside. He said he would look for street parking and call me re indoor parking if unable to find a spot. When I didn’t hear back, I texted him at 8:50 and asked if he needed me to come down. He didn’t reply. Rather, he called your office and had someone else call me at 8:54 to say he’d left because he had another job.When requested to return, I’m told he said he was already too far gone. It wasn’t even 9:00.Our new appointment is booked for a window of 10:00-12:00 next Thursday. We were advised they might arrive late because jobs sometimes take longer than expected. I wonder why this didn’t apply to his other appointments today but applied to us. The next jobs could have had the late arrivals just like we may have next week.I was so angry and am afraid your receptionist copped it. I am sorry I lost my cool. This was not her fault. However, getting my husband up early and getting everything ready, etc. I was appalled by the utter disregard.- Eric should have called before he was en route as requested. Not following up was careless.- He should have called back or responded to my text. Passing the buck was cowardly.- He should have returned when requested. Failure to do this was inconsiderate.We will be passing our feedback on to Hammond Care and leaving a Google review. We will have Chris come next week. Please do not send Eric again.
