Hair by Phd Parramatta

Excellent service and always reliable! I've been coming here for the last 4 years to get a colour & cut and the result is always great. My only criticism is that some trainees can get a little careless when colouring or washing hair, and I've had some clothes discoloured as a result.

My experience is few years old. So this might/might not be helpfulI had a cut and colour in 2015 which was amazing. I was just moved here, so I was little shy. But the hairdresser listened to me patiently and did more than what I expected. Customer service was excellent.But I went there again few months later, the hairdresser who did my hair before wasn’t there so I asked them to book me with the senior stylist. Then the result was not good. I wasn’t really happy with my haircut. But I still liked there premium service.

I had Keratin treatment from Hair by PHD And this time not happy with my Keratin and hair cut . Suddenly too pricy and when I went for booking they said the another price now they said high price.The Shampoo and Conditioner they provided is only 250 ml and 200 ml but previously it was 750 ml. The staff who treated me was also not even want to listen and not flexible when I asked for the complimentary wash dates which I gave 3-4 dates but she was not happy to do that. When my friend called them they were happy to book on that day they refused me and previously they gave me Keratin shampoo and now colour freeze shampoo.In short,they don’t want to listen, Product quality is low now and not value for money, don’t want to give the complimentary wash date according to you.Previously it was very good but this time very disappointed.

I love the service hair by PhD Parramatta provide, the Wash & cut is always great, my appreciation goes out to Hope as she is so caring and cautious of how I feel before I cut my hair. Thank you for being you!

I had a lovely experience getting keratin smoothing for the time. The staff were so helpful, explaining the whole process and what to expect from the new treatment. My hair is so smooth and glossy, and I got a beautiful haircut to go with it - I've gotten lots of compliments. I've been able to wear my hair down for the first time ever as it's always been too thick, unruly and frizzy to bother but now it's so much more manageable. Will definitely be coming back!

Look, honestly, I don't know why I ever went anywhere else. The staff are lovely and good listeners. The place is relaxing. As a first time customer I was welcomed with a $25 discount. They even save your cut, so if you like it you can just ask for the usual"! I will definitely be back."

Hands down best salon experience I’ve ever had. My colour specialist was Cassie. She was amazing. She really spent the time to know exactly what I wanted and what my hair needed. I felt comfortable every step of the way as she explained exactly what she was doing and made sure it was what I wanted first.I’m super grateful for her professionalism and care as it made the experience relaxing and pleasant. It’s the first time in years I’ve had my hair done and I’ve walked with it exactly how I wanted. Not going anywhere else ever again! Thank you Cassie and thank you Hair by PHD Parramatta!!

Selina from this salon is the best hairstylist i have ever met in my life!! The best !! She does my hair all the time i go there and she has been amazing and so pro!! I love being to this salon! It makes sense why they are always busy !!
