Went in today and ordered a chicken and a jumbo chips. Chicken was tasty and juicy. Chips were too thin. You've got to have 13ml straight cut chips with chicken. The 10ml chips they serve become too hard once fried.

Came here for lunch for the first time and was pleasantly impressed with everything. The shop is clean and tidy, yet had that authentic SA chicken shop feel. The service was casual, friendly and easy going. Of course, and the most important, the food was really good and good servings sizes. Looking forward to going back.

I would typically leave a 5 star review as I've been going here regularly for over 4 years and the food is usually fantastic but there is a certain individual there that seems to be spoiling a great chicken shop with her poor customer relations and ungrateful attitude, which makes me not want to return. If I get the same unsatisfactory service again unfortunately I won't be returning. Reading previous review looks as though I'm not the only one who has noticed. A positive welcoming attitude towards customers costs nothing but is invaluable

Great local, food is top notch. Staff can be extremely rude at times though. My wife was chastised over the phone trying to confirm an order that the store had stuffed up. Telling someone I don't care

I don't normally like chips that much but I will definitely buy chips from here again. They were soooo yummy. So was the salads and chicken. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Great taste.....fantastic service!The only issue is that they get sold out of popular items soon. Wish they arranged for extra stock and open longer hours.

Very nice chicken and chips. They do coated chicken which I think is better than the colonel's. Old school pinball machine to play while you wait. Definately worth giving them a go.

Lovely local takeaway shop. Fresh and clean. They also have an online app to order through. We've been a number of times, and the chips and gravy is fantastic. Highly recommend going for the chicken options, the beef/ kebabs we haven't enjoyed as much as their chicken dishes.

This is our local takeaway, and the food is yummy every time. Their chicken snitzel burgers are delicious, and the chips are the best.
