Luxury experience. I've been two times and had two different hairdressers who have both been so kind and have made blonde highlights look so stunning and natural on me, blending in perfectly with my light brown hair. It is a beautiful salon with a great vibe and experienced team. I always buy my shampoo and conditioner here too and look forward to visiting the salon! On the expensive end, but a great experience if you've got the money to spend.

I went to this hair salon about 5 weeks a go for a haircut and went back again this week. The first time my haircut was good and I liked it. The second time I told the hairdresser what I wanted specifically and I showed them a photo. However it was different to what it is on the photo. I don't hate my cut but I don't love it either. Your customer service is good though. Please Kinky Curly Straight listen to your client's requests.

Came in on my 21st with virgin brown hair past my shoulders I was aiming to grow longer, asking for a balayage. Left with jet black hair up to my chin (the stylist cut a big chunk off without asking and by then it was too late not to even it) with a chunky, orange streak bawling my eyes out for $1200. There are plenty of salons in the area with recent and legitimate awards, Google this place to discover how irrelevant they are. They will 100% reply to this claiming they’ve never seen me before like they did when I posted photos when it happened and that’s fine.

I have had my hair cut by both Patricia and Adam and I loved them both. I came in to see Adam (after quite a length of time since I saw Patricia) and was terrified to ask for a horseshoe cut, something that was more popular in the 40's and 50's. He, being the wonderful stylist he is, just smiled and nodded. His hair cut was SUPERB I haven't ever been as happy with my hair as when I left the salon that day.Adam was left on his own the morning of my visit (not a usual occurrence)and handled my haircut, a client who was having her roots dyed, and every walk in who wanted to buy products with a smile on his face. He didn't get flustered or annoyed.Being a bit socially anxious, it's hard to have silence but also hard to chat at hair appointments (or you know, being outside in general) - but both Patricia and Adam had a wonderful countenance, they knew when to chat but also allowed lulls in the conversation and it made for probably the most pleasant experience I've had at a salon.I've just gone in to have my hair coloured, and Adam is once again fantastic. The colour is wonderful - he took my dark brown hair and made it a gorgeous deep brown copper mix which is to die for and covers all the annoying grays.Loved that when he was doing the more mundane activities to the hair appointment (washing for instance) he was singing along softly to the music. It shows just how confident and comfortable he is in what he does.Everyone in this salon is always so friendly, smiley, and offers tea and coffee almost as soon as you finish the one you got on arrival.They're amazing. Give 'em a go.

Modern salon space with stylists who know their craft well and are always learning. You won't pay peanuts but the prices are reasonable and you will not be disappointed by their skill and your hair!

Proof that you get what you pay for. Wonderful service, accommodating staff and they really do know their stuff. Wine with my cut? Yes please. Chose this place as they were boasted to me by a friend and I was looking to change my hair style completely - had no idea what would suit. They helped me pick a style during a one on one free consult, set me up with an appointment and changed how I feel about my hair and myself. 10/10 recommend this hair salon. Worth the drive across town. Note: not much car parking and they are on a main road, so be sure to get there early to find a carpark if the two spots in the back are taken.
