Great experience from Jake and the team! Very quick process which was explained in detail all throughout. Roof has come up a treat, could not be happier with the final product.

This service “fixed” our roof. After service we had leaks and whilst their work is guaranteed they were not responsive. We left at least 10 messages and spoke to them once and they were totally unresponsive. One year later and no fix ever undertaken. We have since had others in to fix who confirmed Pristine did not even undertake some work we paid for. Avoid them like the plague.

Jake and the team at pristine roofing were absolutely outstanding . From the initial phone conversation to the visit to quote and inspect my roof to the finished product I could not fault them . Professional service and support from start to finish would highly recommend to anyone who needs some roofing work done !

I would absolutely recommended these guys. Great communication, great pricing , and a great job. Couldn’t fault them at all, very friendly and amazing turn around time. Jake saved the day after we had a disaster with another roofing company and squeezed us in before Christmas. Would definitely use them again. 10/10!

After a less then ordinary experience with another roofing company I came across this company and although hesitant at the start based on the previous roofing companies experience my mind was immediately put to ease on the initial consultation with Jake. Not only was his quote more then fair (well below expectation), I was kept up to date with every aspect of the duties required but more impressively this was all done during Covid. They arrived on time (if you know trades this is a big plus!), they were efficient, friendly & had a desire to complete the job to my specifications.If I could give more then 5 stars I would. The job was completed in less time then anticipated & post inspection met every criteria required plus some! Thank you Jake and the team!

Jake and his team were fabulous from start to finish. Customer service was second to none, they really ensured that we were happy with everything. Workmanship was outstanding, we now look like we have a brand new roof. Very competitive pricing also was about 1/3 of the price of Roof Seal. Can’t recommend more highly.
