We sold our house & settlement was 28/6The buyer was to rent it outI asked Katrina the rental assistant at Alford & Duff to show no one through & to leave things till after settlementHowever, it’s been bought to my attention that our house was put on Domain for rent from the 25/6Explain that one Katrina you lied & you were renting the house we still ownedSo unprofessional dishonest & if I find out it was rented then I’m sure it would be illegal

If you are the vendor, they put your property down, so you cave in for a lower selling price to get a quick deal. Be aware!!!!! They more or less work for the purchasers. They don't know how to act professional. Thank god I wont ever have to use them again.
