Never want to recommend this brand!! Does Estee Lauder always sale some of expired products? or those almost close to expire? I have 2 bottles 15 ml : Day Wear Plus" & " Future Perfect Anti-Wrinkle " I used them half way to finish and found their quality changed

Please provide on site parking - this is a joke for the sale days. It took me over an hour to find a parking spot in Alexandria and I feel sorry for the poor residents who can't even park on their streets because of the crowds.

Excellent products Estee Lauder, Mac, Aveda, Clinque....Friendly service too. But the hours advertised are not the hours open at all. This outlet doe not open until 10am Mon-Fri

This morning I did a chat session with Estee Lauder Australia, absolutely hopeless discussion, I have I believe a problem with the Knowing scent product and was happy to send back to them for testing as I believe the product does not smell the same as I have bought over many years. Forget about them being interested in the product to see if its faulty, they just want to know if I have a receipt of purchase or maybe its time to change your fragrance.All I wanted to do was to get the perfume I have tested as I believe the scent has changed dramatically and is not what I expected.Now I am happy to take to Department of Fair Trading to make these people accountable for their actions.Typical American owned Company who think they are above the law.Got news for them I am in for the fight nowGood Effort by Estee Lauder to send me a new bottle of Knowing but it would have been nice if they took my old bottle back for testing to make sure I was correct?

Be very way of purchasing from Estee Lauder Australia online. I purchased a product over a week ago and paid for the purchase using PayPal. Due to a glitch on the website, I didn't receive an order number. Despite providing Estee Lauder with the proof of my purchase, they haven't responded to my emails and telephone calls and nor have their refunded my money. I have been a loyal customer of Estee Lauder for many years and am very disappointed with their poor customer service.

Terrible customer service, particularly from Emily at Human Resources. Lousy service in that typical Australian boorish fashion.

I have an order and until now i havent received yet, then it was returned to the main office saying that no one is home but i have registered it saying that they can leave it on a safe place “incase” no one is home but my mum and stepdad is always home. And now they saying to me that they couldnt find my order number. Unbelievable! After this im not going to order again. Even buying instore. Not satisfied.

An account was granted to start stocking their products in my store followed by ZERO communication and replies to emails for more than a year. Their state manager Melissa Antonich finally decided after a year that she should make another $28K off just selling us a stand and having her shop fitters screw a small business for more money on installation. Thanks for the offer to install a cheap Chinese stands before allowing us to carry your products but you can keep it for when you need it for extra fire wood. We appreciate the support you give to your retailers! This company is a disgrace and we need to find more worthy companies who are Australian owned to support! Don’t do business with these people or buy their products they simply don’t support Australian business or consumers.
