Telstra Eaton Fair
Very happy with the Telstra store at Eaton Fair After spending over 2 hours on the phone with Telstra, then being directed to the Bunbury store (who advised they could not resolve my issue, even though they should have been able to), I went into the Eaton Telstra store, where Emily not only resolved my issue but was friendly and it was all done in about 30 minutes. The service level at Eaton is very good, the Bunbury store is substandard.

Went into the store today for assistance. I usually try to avoid the Telstra shop and after recent experiences at other Telstra stores I expected to be told to book an appointment and be turned away. However I was pleasantly surprised to get awesome assistance from friendly and understanding staff today. Marnie was very helpful and the other staff in store today we're friendly and welcoming.

Honestly, it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.Lazy and unenthusiastic woman who most obviously didn't want to be there. To the point of complaining with hands in head about how she didn't want to help before I even explained the situation. Also, shouting my name across the room like it's a day-careCreche.I get having to vent your bad day to customers once! But twice is just not on.Please get some training on how to talk to a customer.The others seemed nice, but I wouldn't bother. Too much chance of getting stuck with this one.go anywhere else

Cancelled my phone plan and made me pay full amount left(800), apprentice wages would not allow this and they refused to let me continue with my payment plan.

I recently visited Telstra Eaton Fair.I found the retail consultants I dealt with, Kaitlyn Jarvis and Taylor Miller, both friendly and very helpful. I had all of my phone issues sorted, in a very short time frame and in a very professional manner. Thanks ladies for the great experience. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Terrible service. Mae gave incorrect information which has created a number of problems, which after numerous messages and trying to fix it on my Telstra app it remains unsuccessful. Still waiting for some assistance. The opening hours on website need to be corrected, to the shortened hours the are trading

Service was a little slow. There was display signs up stating wait times was longer due to staff shortages. I understand the issue and acknowledge that this effects the ability to provide an efficient service. Once I was helped and my enquiry assessed, the issue was resolved promptly with no issue. I'll return in the future.
