I attended the Charles Oates Distillery experience at the Willie Smiths Apple Shed. I was blow away by the quality of the spirit and the paired tasting board. On top of this Dan, the guide was knowledgeable and answered all my random Distillery questions. This has been a highlight of our trip so far.

Dan was an excellent host of our distillery tour. Knowledgeable, professional and welcoming. A good and generous tasting range accompanied by a tasty platter and welcome to have complementary coffees post the distillery experience. Very enjoyable. Highly recommended.
