Got my nails done for formal and I love it! The lady I got was so friendly and did a wonderful job :)

I had a lovely relaxing pedicure done by a very friendly lady. My nails look great too. I definitely recommend going to Le Beauty

I got sns done on my real nails on a Monday (took the lady an hour and a half as she was too busy chatting on the phone) and by Friday it had already cracked and chipped on 4 of my fingers. I went back to the salon and show the ladies and I said I wanted all my nails redone as the sns was too thin. They refused and said they would only fixed the chipped nails. As I sat down the lady didn't soak my nails in acetone which is the regular method of removing sns, but tried to peel it off with a piler like tool. As she almost ripped my whole nail off I told her no and she rolled her eyes. She didn't even remove the entire layer of sns just what was cracked and then went over it. Worst quality service I've received in a nail salon in Fountain Gate. I recommend the nail salon next to Kmart or Hollywood nails next to Target. First and last time I will ever go to Le Beauty.

My friend and I visited this place today and we were moved by the rating. Unfortunately, we had poor service as one of the lady was busy on video call and the other one rushed me through picking the nail colour, scrubbing not done, our nails were not even filed, and to make it worse during pedicure, they had applied soap and forgot to rinse cause she had drained the water. But we love how they applied the nail polish though....that is where the rating comes in

I have been here for acrylic nails 4 or 5 times and SNS once. Absolutely loved my nails every time always do a great job. There was one girl who did my nails a bit thick and chunky at first but I mentioned it and she filed them down nicely to look really nice and natural. Have tried a few other places but always come back here as do a great job

Had my nails done a couple of weeks ago and came in today to have them redone. The woman who did my nails today was rude beyond belief and to top it off did a hack job on my nails. Went to pay and she over charged me looking at what I paid last time. If you are going to have a business that deals so closely with the public do not put people who are disenagaged and rude on the front line. I will not return and make sure that everyone I know will never go there either. Shocking...

Very bad customer service. They don’t do their job very well. And the staff is really rude to the customers. I wanted them to explain to me what kind of things they do cause it was my first time doing nails. But they asked me to just read the catalog. And then the customer next to me explained everything to me. Thanks to her I was able to decide what to do. I just hated the whole experience there. I wanted to leave the place but I was already half way through. That was the first and the last time I’ll go there

i have always gotten my nails done at le beauty but the lady i got yesterday was awful.she rushed the whole process from me being able to pick my colours to actually doing my nails. by the end there was gaps of nail polish, the nails weren’t painted to the bottom which made it look like i already had them on foot over a week and they are practically see through when they shouldn’t be.to top it all off the lady actually cut one of my fingers with the nail file machine.thanks to this lady i will not be going back.
