Accommodating to late order and closed later other florist. selection of florist choice and arrangement- for me it looks like awkwardly put together but it might suit some other people. 4 stars just for good service and the benefit of the doubt.

Anne is amazing, excellent quality flowers and beautiful arrangements. She put together a bouquet for my partner and had it delivered on short notice, fantastic customer service.

Very accommodating and sweet. Very willing to help out with my troubles with other florists. I bought flowers from other florist but they didn't deliver. Anne was so willing to help me out so I can still surprise my wife on valentine's day. I love the attitude and the commitment. She deserves not just a 5 star but 10 stars!

This is what an expensive order of flowers for an 80th birthday looks like, ordered in good faith by a loving brother from the Eastern States who couldn't be here for the celebration. The florist doesn't take kindly to complaints and refused to exchange this poorly arranged pot of flowers with the tacky blue dyed chrysanthemums and glitter for something more acceptable . Interflora relies on buyer ignorance and receiver silence as they don't want to upset the person who sent them.Most reputable florists, however, do the right thing by their clients and take pride in their work.There are much better florists in Canning Vale than 'Flowers by Anne'. Beware of this one.

Really happy with the service and flowers I received from Anne today, am grateful for the ease in the whole process.I wanted to order flowers close to my work so I could deliver them myself to a friend going through a difficult time. I messaged Anne on Wednesday afternoon to see if she could have a bouquet available for collect by Friday afternoon. I was quite specific in my request but Anne assured me she could source the flowers I wanted.A few texts and a phone call later between us confirmed my order and she was happy to take payment the next day over the phone. Due to a change in circumstances, Anne delivered the flowers to my work and was clear in her instructions on how they were to be cared for.Anne created a beautiful display, the flowers were fresh, vibrant and in abundance. It was a lovely creation that was made with a lot of care, and she nailed the brief. Thank you, Anne, I really appreciate your service.
