Horrible service during overnights.I have been through a few times late at night to pick up drinks. I get that the attendant won't always be at the window and you sometimes have to wait upwards of 5 minutes. This compared to other service stations is terrible. In addition to waiting for the attendant sometimes they will skip you and hand out drinks to other patrons that arrived well after you did for some reason and then seem annoyed that you're there.The final straw that helped me decide to never return was tonight. After waiting 6 minutes with another customer the attendant comes out and serves the other customer (they got there before me) and after they served them they left. After waiting another 6 minutes I gave up and left.All up it took multiple poor interactions, and the 15 minutes to not get served today for me to decide this station isn't worth it. I went to another 7-11 in Mawson and was in and out in 2 minutes as usual with what I wanted, as I have been at others. Clearly the Fyshwick 7-11 needs work.

Cannot speak for overnights however during the day for petrol and a coffee there are no issues. Staff always friendly to me.

Fuel is cheaper thn most part of Canberra, hot choc and Cappa is economical and you get what you pay for. Friendly and quick staff. Automated car wash available,

Worst customer service and very rude behaviour from the staff who worked there .I went today morning for fuel and coffe but the staff who worked this morning was very rude while serving me and murmuring in his own language other then english which is very unpleasant.

Station service is not good at night. When i tap buzzer not one come at window. I have to wait for more time at outside there is a one person he don’t know how to deal with customer. His behave is very rudely with everyone. When we ask from him the we would like to have this he always say we don’t have. We comes daily and this happen daily. We will not go at this station.

lowest prices, friendly staff and a nice tuck shop

Please get some workers who aren't so rude and badly tempered. In the 10years I've had to frequent here ots just been getting worse and worse.

Lot of parking and has well stored products.

This is not a 24/7 servo as you can not always get service. Service attendant Ali will walk through shop and ignore you while you stand at window waiting to be served. Service attendant Ali can not multitask with after hour duties and he chooses not to check for customers at the window. Expect to be left waiting 10mins to be served minimum.The service attendant will mess up your order and leave you at the window with incorrect product.This 711 is an absolute waste of customers time.

I was on the line with 5 other people on the paying counter the service staff greet with politeness ( Hi sir how are you ? Have a nice day sir ) for white looking men and women and when my turn came in didn’t bother to say even hi and thank-you after the purchase. Need to learn how to respect the people before sitting on the counter to serve the people. Racist
