We have used platinum security for many years now and they are always prompt, polite and skilled at what they do. Nothing is ever to much of a problem to sort out. Avoid this place. I had heard good reviews about Platinum Security from family and friends after the storms broke my system, but when I asked for a quote, they quoted my almost $900 dollars for a 4-zone security system, when other places quoted only $300 dollars.They are outragiously overpriced, and I recommend you stay clear from them.

Excellent service from Ethan and his team. Ethan was quick to respond to our enquiry go through all the options for what we needed. The guys installing did a great job and made sure we fully understood the technology before they left - they also went above and beyond by pointing out some damage to the ridge capping on the roof they had noticed during installation.We did have a slight issue with the cameras the day after installation however 1 phone call and the team were out on the same day to sort it out. We are very happy with the service we received.
