We were very happy with all aspects of our dealings with Launceston Toyota. We were kept informed of what was happening as we waited for our vehicle; our salesman, Jordan, was great. He was never ‘pushy’ and listened to us so that we felt comfortable with him. Dean was also great in helping us sort out various things once our vehicle was ready for pickup.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we got from Launceston Toyota. All staff were friendly, informative and professional. The salesperson was extremely helpful and was happy to answer every question we had, without hesitation. We were kept up to date with every step of the process from ordering through to delivery and post sale follow ups as well. The car we purchased was beautifully presented and exactly as expected. The manager introduced himself and personally thanked us for our business. Everything was made easy from start to finish. We would have trouble finding any reason not to recommend Launceston Toyota. Brilliant !!!

Hi. I had a really good experience at Honda in Launceston. The team were warm and welcoming. Brad was my major contact person. He did an especially great job. He knew his stuff. He answered pretty much all my questions there and then. Brad was exceptional. Vishal was in charge of finance. He worked hard for me. He came up with an awesome counter offer on my finance. I can recommend the brand Honda this is my 3rd. They’re ever reliable cars, they look stylish and are good on fuel.

I needed to buy a good reliable car for my son to travel with his first job. Richard and the team were amazing in finding me something perfect within my budget. They were respectful, helpful and not at all pushy. Even though I was buying in the lower end of the budget, my son ended up with a beautiful, relatively new car that will last him a long time. They treated us as though we just bought the most expensive car in the place!... Right down to detailing, fuelling up and presenting my son his car with a big bow! We have four children, all going to need a car. I know where we will be headed! Thank you for making a potentially stressful process easy and enjoyable.

I feel so safe and right at home in my car. This is my first experience with purchasing a new Madza, I am so happy with my life changing decision. After being involved in a car accident I was in desperate need of a new car! I went into Mazda where I was greeted by John who assisted me in finding the perfect car for me! Dean was also amazing at fixing up the financial aspect in great time so I was not left without a vehicle for long! My new car is great and I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely be going back in the future!
