Absolutely amazing food. Quality and flavour are the two words that come to mind. We visited on New Year’s Day and it wasn’t too busy, staff were super friendly from the moment we stood outside to look at the menu.Lots of options for vegans and vegetarians as well as traditional meat eaters.We shared 2 started and 2 mains and left full and happy!!!Highly recommend for food, flavour and service!

It was my first time trying Greek food and I had such a great experience! My friends have been talking about this place they’ve been going to for years and I finally got to try their amazing food! We had the banquet menu which gave a wide variety of dishes to try out and each one was better than the last! The salads were fresh and crunchy and the meats were so simply yet flavourful. Absolutely divine food which I’ll be going back for!

Had been looking forward to dining here for quite some time, as our previous experience was exemplary. But we were bitterly disappointed to find that this time round it was absolutely awful.We both had the lamb ribs, knowing that Greek cooking is meant to be renowned with the meat. It was anything but. The dish was fatty, very poor-quality meat and nowhere near being cooked well enough. We don't mind paying for good quality meals, but I regret spending that amount of money on that one.It ruined our anniversary night completely and we will not be returning again.

Dined there during Fringe. The Maitre'd eloquently found us a table, exquisite manners and service. The girls serving were brilliant as was the food. Hard to say, I've had better all round experience.Highly recommend this establishment.

This is one Greek restaurant that serves excellent lamb shoulder and salads. The lamb was tender and flavoured just right to satisfy Greek taste buds. Salads are fresh, with good dressings which do not overpower the freshness of the greens. The dips are delicious and taste so freshly made.Highly popular over the weekend, so you must book early to avoid waiting in line. Service is attentive, polite and friendly. Fast too. Only unfortunate downsize is the noise level. As the restaurant is quite small inside, conversation is difficult to be heard above the chatter of other patrons.

Came in last Friday night with my family and had an amazing time. Food was sensational but the highlight of the night was the wonderful stuff. Our waitress Stella was highly attentive as was her colleague Phil with his wine expertise. Can’t recommend this place enough for an authentic Greek experience!

Amazing foodI recently visited Eros Cafe on Rundle Street and I have to say, I had an absolutely mouth-watering experience. I ordered the grilled sizzling haloumi, which was cooked to perfection, and the marinated lamb chops, which were absolutely delicious. To top it off, I had a refreshing frappe to wash it all down. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. I highly recommend Eros Cafe to anyone looking for a delicious meal in the heart of Adelaide.

Food was delicious!Indoor dining was crowded, but service was still good, even on a busy public holiday evening.Not suitable for young kids, as only adult meals on offer, which all range around the $40+ mark.We had a group of 4 adults and 4 children and we spent over $550 (which included the 15% public holiday surcharge).If you love Greek food, this is a must.

We were able to get to our table half an hour late, but we didn't have much trouble because the staff was friendly and interested. Unfortunately, we did not like the food. First of all, the portions in the appetizer plate were incredibly small and the potatoes were not well sauced, the dill appetizer was very salty, but the pink colored fish appetizer tasted very good. The seasoning of the meatballs was not good and I didn't expect it to come with tomato sauce, maybe it's my fault I didn't realize it was in tomato sauce. The calamari was big but not fresh enough . the chop meat was nice. we chose the 2nd uzo in the list and it was very light. Finally, if you have a reservation for the table in the middle, take a jacket because the door keeps opening and you get cold.

5/5 stars for this place but we would happily give it more if we could. From booking in early off the street being such a breeze to when we sat down. From our main staff member Tammy who was was so polite, friendly and accommodating to their other staff, who served us - Eleni and Angus who were so helpful and knowledgeable. It made our whole experience absolutely delightful. The food was perfect. Everything was served on time and all meals were reasonably priced. Best dinner out in a long time. Can never fault this cafe. Thanks Eros and all it’s staff!!
