Kingbuilt Homes

We completed a home with Kingbuilt and could not have asked for more. They were accessible, answered all calls and used trustworthy local trades which we could then build relationships with after the build was complete. Kingbuilt was very accommodating to all our requests including late changes to specs - I would never hesitate to recommend them.

Look. They built a nice home.... finally. But we had so many issues. Inclusions being changed last minute. They painted the house the wrong colour. The cladding was wrong. The repositioning of the house after I had to identify issues with the driveway being way to steep to drive on left us with tens of thousands of dollars of retaining. The plans natural ground level doesn't match the reality. Took them almost a year to get the painters out to fix issues, which after almost a year the painters denied responsibility for.To be honest, we love our house. But I feel like they casually present a contract with a smile, but hold you to it with every word. Which, that is a contract. But just make every choice and every selection crystal clear AND IN WRITTING.Just want to double mention, you can notice a kingbuilt house from the rest.

Just finished building with Kingbuilt, and I am glad that they were my choice of builder.From the beginning sitting down with Danny working on some customisations to suit my living style, working with Phil to get his thoughts on the best positioning of the home, through to the colour selections with Claudia: the design phase was enjoyable and they give you confidence when you are making these big decisions.Then through the build Rohan was excellent in communication and working through the inevitable small hiccups along the way. The team picked out small details that I had otherwise had missed and suggests changes where they feel I would benefit.Now with the keys in my hand I'm very glad that I chose Kingbuilt.

We built our first home with Kingbuilt just about 10 years ago and it still lives up to all our expectations. It really is true that quality doesn't go out of fashion. If you spend your money with a good local builder you can trust, the finished result is a joy to live with and retains its value forever. Our kids love our house and when some friends moved house, our kids wanted reassurance we wouldn't be moving as well!! We enjoy living in a real house that isn't just whacked together like the volume builders do it. It's just little things like quality windows that move smoothly and never leak; quality insulation and fitment with no cold spots, draughts or the like; flawless fit and finish around all the architraves, doors and cupboards; not a single creak in the roof on a windy night, no cracks around the skirting, cornices and plaster - all that sort of thing. You just don't get as nice a house from a nationwide volume builder - you never will. THANKS KINGBUILT!

We've just finished building with Kingbuilt and are very pleased with the result. From the start Kingbuilt have been easy to communicate with, accommodating and proactive. They do what they say they'll do and to a high standard. Never were we in a situation where there was an argument about whether or not something needed fixing. When problems arose, as they inevitably do, Kingbuilt were onto them before we were and solutions were being found. The team at Kingbuilt work well together and always responded to our enquires promptly and professionally. Would we build with them again? Absolutely.

We are currently building with King Built, from the moment we engaged with our initial meeting Danny has been amazing to deal with. We have really enjoyed the planning stage it was completely stress free. We appreciated how promptly all our questions were answered and were made to feel really comfortable with the process! Ground floor entrance lots of car parks on-site luxurious entrance viewing house plans and photos. Courteous Receptionist with excellent knowledge on products and handed me a booklet on variety of houses suggested a few to what I was looking for.
