Brudine Veterinary Hospital

Popped in one fine day to ask a few questions regarding our pets. Staff were kind and helpful despite the sudden drop-in and having no appointment. Knowledgeable and found out some information for us.Inside are the most charming cats that walk around demanding all the praise and attention they can muster. My daughter was delighted. Beautiful pictures on the walls and clean rooms. Have yet to follow up on bringing pets in so can't comment on that but it had a lovely vibe for the short time we were there.

Our vet of choice for over 13 years. Our first pet had considerable medical needs with all the staff being so friendly, professional and lovely. It is wonderful they run puppy classes on-site, a great way to familiarise your puppy with the clinic.

Dr Fiona Starr was wonderful when we had to make the heart wrenching decision to put our beautiful family cocker spaniel, Connor, down last week. We couldn't have asked for a more caring and kind person to undertake the procedure given how traumatic it was for us. Thank you Brudine Veterinary Hospital.

Easy parking, friendly, well-organised and caring. Would highly recommend Brudine to any animal owner/lover.

The front reception staff are rude and disrespectful and so disappointed with the vets, as they are incompetent. Please don't go to this vet, there are many other better vets in Belconnen.If you'd like to discuss my review, you can call me, as you have me details and I will give you the long list of appaling things you and your staff have done to me and my babies.

Very nice vet. They are really taking time to explain everything and even call after a few day and ask for an update.

Truly the best vet in Canberra - they are competent, ethical, patient and caring. I would also like to make a special mention to Dr Fiona, who has a consistent warm and compassionate manner when helping both you and your pet. She recently helped us let our senior dog Missy Peacefully pass, and even came to our house on last minute request. Given she likely had a demanding schedule that day as a vet, we were blown away with how patient and helpful she was. I have attached a pic of Missy 5 years before she passed. She had a good run. Very busy vet but they fitted us in quickly and investigated the problem thoroughly. Anti-biotics fixed the issue on this occasion but they had scheduled surgery in case it was necessary, which I was able to cancel as not needed.
